Refinezyme D51 is an engineered enzymatic solution that significantly lowers refining energy intensity and enhances overall refining efficiency through targeted modulation of softwood fiber content in pulp.

Action Mechanism
The enzyme modifies small fiber surfaces, enhancing their hydrophilicity and flexibility. This plasticity facilitates subsequent mechanical refining, enabling efficient delamination of the primary and secondary cell wall layers with reduced energy input and shorter beating duration.

Notes:
ØRefinezyme is designed to be added before the beating process is started and should be used continuously for at least 20 minutes after beating begins.
ØThe dosage should be adjusted according to pulp concentration, temperature, pH and processing time.
ØIn order to maximize the enzyme’s potential and produce satisfactory results it is important to monitor and control the temperature and pH.
Packaging
Standard packaging is in a 20kg barrel.
Storage
To ensure extend shelf life, store at cool and dry places in a sealed container. Avoid direct sunlight. Seal container after opening and avoid contamination. Enzyme activity is stable for at least 6 months after opening.
Safety Enzyme Handing
In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes.
