Kleenzyme 10.0T is an alkaline protease, is the most widely used enzyme preparation in the detergent industry. Protease hydrolyzes proteins into peptide chains and amino acids that are easily dissolved or dispersed in detergent solutions. It’s used in detergent formulations to help remove such stains as perspiration, blood, feces, grass and various food proteinaceous dirt, such as meat. Soup, milk stains, etc. Kleenzyme 10.0T is able to work in low temperature and more alkaline conditions.
