Enzyme 260D enzymatically treats native starch through biotechnology to modify its properties, making it suitable for surface sizing applications and serving as an effective alternative to oxidized starch.
Mechanism of action:
Enzyme 260D can cut the connection of α-D-1,4 glycosidic bond of starch,reduce molecular weight and viscosity. Inactivate enzyme by temperature rise when the viscosity meet the requirement, then the viscosity remain unchanged.
